Vid Notes: this is Halloween, NCIS style

Random Notes: I`ve wanted to do this vid for sometime already. Well, at least *a* vid like a this.

So, I`ve put aside the current & almost done SPN video I`m working on right now, and finished this *it* of a vid.

It`s nothing special, just some NCIS Halloween fun ;D. I`ve added "crack" to the Categorie, because IMO, that`s what it is.

And I`ve cut the song, the video is only 1.30 *ish*, credits included.
