"...in the Best Character category it was extremely difficut to eliminate ANY of the videos entered there (that's what we do in the first hase of judging) but after A LOT of watching and re-watching, it was finally narrowed down to four. Of the four that remained, even after watching them a few more times, there was just no choosing one above any of the others so the executive decision was made that all four would receive the award. Afterall, the point is to award great videos in their categories and if four of them tie in one category no matter how many ways they were analyzed then those four all get first place in my book!"
