Vid Notes: Angels, Demons, Monster, it doesn´t matter, every *thing* wants a piece of Dean. Some get it, most don`t.

Random Notes: I wanted to get something *special* done to celebrate no.50, at the end I`ve decided to do what I do best when it comes with SPN (or vidding in general), and that`s to vid Dean and Action.

This video has been in the making for some time. I`ve started working on it last year, then my computer died on me *RIP*. I`ve continued to work on it using the boys laptop and a trial version of Corel ProX7. Then the bunny went on vacation, the trial ran out, and I dropped the vid.

After the previous two NCIS vids I thought it`s time to clean house and I dug out the draft I still had sitting on my new (old&used) computer.

Now it`s done, finaly.

This is as close to *beat editing* as it gets with me, it includes some pretty fast cuts, working on it was F.U.N. !

Random Notes: This is a new Supernatural video. Once again I went with a "be mean with Dean" theme. It turned out to be what I call my very own, personal, mothership of all hurt Dean vids I`ve ever done.
This is Nightwish, in all it`s Glory. This is Dean, being tossed around, beaten and blood. Sometimes he gets to fight back, sometimes. I had a LOT of fun with this video, Dean, not so much.

It`s the 2nd time I`ve used "Wish I Had An Angel" for a video.

vid notes: The boys are living on the dark side of life most of the time, but, not always

random notes: this video features Sam & Dean Winchester. And the Impala. Show`s been ignoring Baby, so I just have to use it. To remind myself of the pretty that`s the Impala, again and again. And of course I just can`t resist watching the Imapla *dance* to the music. That`s made of win ;D

other than this I have to say that me and funny, we don`t get along. Not on a regular base anyway. And espeically not in combination with SPN. NCIS & funny I can manage. But SPN? Not so much.

So this challenge was a challenge for me. When I signed up I didn`t even had a song in mind. Then, one day, I heard a song on the radio and thought: "THIS is it". Then I learned it`s not available, yet *duh* The song is new, I finaly got my hands on it begining of May, right afer it`s being released.

After listening to it for the first time, I knew there`s no other song for me to use for this video

For me it just radiats summer & fun

I`m not sure if this vid makes any sense, but be sure, I had a lot of fun while working on it. And my family had fun while watching it. It made the hubby laugh, and he`s not even watching SPN (mission accomplished ;D)

Beware: I cut the song, like slaughterhouse cutting. That`s something I usually try to avoid, but it has a lot of repeats, these had to go.

Random Notes: This is the 2nd time I`ve done a "Thank you for watching! Merry Christmas!". The first (and so far last) I`ve done in 2009, it`s a multifandom video also.

I had the idea for this video after rewatching some of NCIS recently.

I`m watching NCIS since season 1, Supernatural since season 2, and The Glades I`ve started watching during season 2. I knew how much Dean likes his food in SPN, I thought "wow, you`re munching a lot" while watching The Glades, but I only realized how much food`s been killed in NCIS after rewatching it.

That`s why I did this vid, using these three shows. Shows I just L.O.V.E.!

btw, the *adds a new tag*, that`s for "The Glades". The show is the latest addition on my *must watch!* list

The video is NOT meant to be serious, it`s meant to be a fun "happy holidays" vid, it`s as close to humor and crack I`ll ever get

No knowledge of any of these shows is necessary, because like mentioned above already: it`s all about the *munch munch*

(okay, and I use the chance for a shameless promotion of all three shows: WATCH IT/THEM. NCIS is in season 9, Supernatural is in season 7, and The Glades will be back next year with season 3. That´s a LOT of tv hours filled with fun)

Overall, this vid is rather simple, I`ve not used many effects (as if I ever do so *rofl*), it`s cut n`slap most of the time, and jump-cut galore. It`s not made to win awards. It`s made because I want you to have fun while watching!

I hope you`ll have as much fun watching as I had working on it. And fun I had. like I`ve mentioned at my happy place, while working on this vid: IF you`re able to open a clip folder called "Half nekkid", and IF you`re able to actually use said clip, then you know it`s christmas already *snickers*

vid notes: This is all about "Saving people, hunting things ..." aka Dean in action, doing what needs to be done.

random notes: No Demons, no Angels, no Deals, this video is all about awesome!Dean in action. In actions means, he`s being tossed around a lot also *evil grin*

season 1-3, with a few, lonely, season 6 clips inbetween.

At first I didn`t know how to get this vid done. Then I came up with the idea of having it focused on the MotW, the "Saving people, hunting things ..." line. This meant, no angels and demons, no deals, no season 4&5.

I always try NOT to vid the lyrics too literal, I always try to stay away from "literal" as much as I can on a regular base. Like, when the lyrics mention the word "crying", or "cry", you barely see me using someone actually crying. "crying" can also mean (in my twisted way of thinking) sad or in pain, and being sad or in pain doesn´t always include tears. In this vid, on "sleep in peace tonight" I could have used someone sleeping, I didn`t. Instead I used scenes which, in my weird way of thinking, made sense on that line WITHOUT using someone sleeping.

All of this is the reason why I did this vid the way I did it at the end, the reason why I used these scenes.

But be sure, I had a LOT of fun doing this vid, playing with all the awesome season 1-3 moments made me remember why I fell for SPN the moment I started watching.

Although the show has changed over the years, I still love it the way I did when I started watching (btw, season 1 "Phantom Traveler"`s been my first ever SPN episode, don`t ask my WHY this episode managed to suck me into the SPN world, I have no idea. AND NOOOO, it`s not been THE "Dean`s in bed" scene from PT, back then I missed the first 15 min. of the ep.)

anyway, this is the 2nd vid promt I`ve filled at "spn_rambleon", I have one more video on my *to do* list for the meme

so I guess I can say: see you soon (with another SPN video );D
